Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift in a rehab inpatient setting. You will supervise care, assess patients, tailor care plans, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure top-quality, coordinated care that supports patient recovery.

This role emphasizes building strong patient-family relationships, delivering compassionate, individualized support, and contributing to a technology-enabled environment focused on healing and community impact.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care as needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
