Job summary

Four Seasons Retirement in Columbus, IN is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans. You will conduct ongoing health assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians to develop effective care plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents’ health status.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop effective care plans.
• Coordinate and oversee resident care and services within the nursing department.
• Provide health education and support to residents and families.
• Promote independence, dignity, respect, and resident safety.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff and team members.
