Job summary

Main Line Health, Inc. in Bryn Mawr, PA seeks a Registered Nurse for Neonatal ICU / Pediatrics / Mother Baby or Labor Delivery to join our maternal-child services team. You will provide comprehensive care across units, support family-centered care, and participate in evidence-based practices.

Requirements include RN diploma/ASN with PA license, BLS; BSN preferred. 36-hour weeks with rotating weekends/holidays; tuition reimbursement options and strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent acute care experience in one of the following clinical areas: Neonatal ICU, Mother Baby, Labor Delivery or Pediatric nursing.
• Three years of recent acute care experience in one of the following clinical areas: Neonatal ICU, Mother Baby, Labor Delivery or Pediatric nursing is preferred.
• RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• PA RN license (or multi-state license) verified through licensure compact; provider BLS preferred; PALS/NRP/ACLS for Labor Delivery Nurses recommended.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients across Neonatal ICU, Pediatrics, Mother Baby and Labor Delivery units.
• Provide family-centered, safe, and evidence-based nursing care.
• Participate in hospital committees, unit councils, and clinical ladder activities.
• Support census fluctuations and staffing needs while maintaining quality patient care.
