Job summary

Indiana University Health System is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Neurosciences Triage Pod, delivering high-quality telephone triage and clinical support across the state. You will assess patient concerns, educate patients, and facilitate connections to the right care teams within a large health system.

Training is remote with specialty insights to support workflows and patient populations.

Qualifications

• Requires BLS certification (AHA).
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license active in Indiana or via NLC.
• Two years ambulatory/clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and clinical guidance to patients.
• Assess symptoms and determine appropriate level of care.
• Coordinate timely connection to appropriate care team or service.
