Job summary

Blue Colonel Generational Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians in hospital and long-term care settings.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, monitor progress, administer medications, supervise LPNs and CNAs, document care, and ensure compliant patient discharge instructions, while maintaining empathy and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee or eligible for licensure transfer.
• BLS/ACLS certification may be required.
• Clinical nursing experience in hospitals or long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

A Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed healthcare professional who provides and coordinates patient care, educates patients and families, and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare staff.

Core Responsibilities

Patient Assessment & Care Planning

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Monitor symptoms, progress, and response to treatment

Clinical & Medical Duties

• Administer medications (oral, IV, injections)
• Perform treatments (wound care, IV therapy, catheterization)
• Operate and monitor medical equipment
• Assist in diagnostic tests and analyze results

Coordination & Supervision
