Avivaatfitzsimons is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. The role provides direct nursing care, works in a fast-paced environment, and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus as part of our Modified Compensation Plan.

Shifts include Days and Nights with rotation; responsibilities include assessment, care plans, admissions and accurate documentation; Colorado RN license required; CPR certified; opportunities for advancement and paid training.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Colorado
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 1-3 years of nursing experience preferred
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
• Knowledge of clinical equipment (monitors, infusion devices, drainage systems)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions including vital signs, lab values, and mental status
• Identify changes in condition and initiate appropriate interventions including emergency response
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate resident care plans
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with accurate documentation
• Maintain complete and compliant medical records
• Uphold company values, ethical standards, and quality of care expectations

Schedule

Days: Thursday, Friday & Saturday (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Nights: Sunday Through Saturday Available (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
