Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care using the nursing process across the patient care continuum. The role emphasizes assessment, discharge planning, and coordinating care within the clinical setting.

Required licensure in Massachusetts with BLS, and ACLS/PALS in select areas within specified timeframes; NRP may be required in maternity or related units.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required in select areas within 6 months of hire.
• PALS required in select areas within 6 months of hire.
• NRP Advanced Provider required in select areas within 6 months of hire.
• BSN degree highly preferred.
