Job summary

Mercy is seeking a PRN obstetrics and mother-baby RN for the Love Family Women's Center in Oklahoma. The role supports a high-paced unit with obstetrics, Well Newborn care, and post-surgical Mother Baby services.

The team includes full-time lactation consultants and a range of specialized units. The ideal candidate has an accredited RN program background, current RN licensure in Oklahoma (or compact), and certifications such as NRP and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the hiring state and must meet state board requirements.
• Position requires ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing/walking.
• Certifications include NRP, BLS (or completed within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetrics and mother-baby patient care in a high-paced unit.
• Collaborate with lactation consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs in post-partpartum and newborn care areas.
• Adhere to Mercy guidelines and safety standards while delivering compassionate care.
