Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts to provide patient care and support under RN supervision. The role requires strong nursing fundamentals, adherence to care plans, and teamwork within a busy hospital setting.

The position offers a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week with nights from 7 pm to 7:30 am, rotating weekends and holidays. Licensure in Illinois, CPR, ACLS, C-EFM and NRP certifications are expected, with experience in Mother Baby care

Qualifications

Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)
Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position
Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year of start date into position
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position
2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred

Responsibilities

Performs patient care tasks and procedures under supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide care, comfort and safety.
Adheres to established procedures and patient care plans.
Maintains accurate documentation and monitors patient status.
Collaborates with the nursing team to ensure efficient and safe care delivery.
Rotates nights, weekends and holidays as part of the shift schedule.
