Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license (Single State or Compact) required.
• BLS required.
• NRP required.
• ACLS & PALS preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of recent Mother/Baby nursing care in a hospital setting required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, compassionate patient care using the nursing process.
• Think on your feet with clinical judgment to manage complex situations.
• Administer meds and perform safety checks with diligence.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and recovery plans.
• Prioritize safety and quality by verifying patient identities and following protocols.
