Job summary

Baptist Health's Montgomery Surgery Center is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse for the First Shift on-site. The RN will supervise and coordinate nursing staff on the shift to ensure quality and continuity of patient care, including weekend and holiday coverage as needed.

The role requires active RN licensure and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required by area. A nursing degree is required, BSN preferred. Strong teamwork, communication, infection control and safety skills are essential.

The RN will collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in the planning and implementation of patient care. There is a continuous need for speaking with clear diction and hearing sensitivity in conversation either by phone or in person. Continuous visual acuity at close and distant range.
