Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis seeks a Registered Nurse to serve as a consistent care coordinator through the continuum of care for patients entering or within our health system.

You will assess physical, psychological, and social needs, improve the patient and family care experience, and provide nursing care in clinical/office settings while coordinating with providers and education resources. AAS in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license and current nursing practice in Tennessee or eligible for licensure.
• Associates degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree preferred.
