Job Description Description: Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, INC. (FCCBH) is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our medical team. We have a need for a part-time/ PRN employee who is willing to work over night shifts for our Receiving Center. Nurses are part of a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, prescribers, case managers and support staff. Nurses work directly with medical and mental health staff in coordinating care for patients. The position involves a wide spectrum of services including physical health screening, medication management, medication-assisted treatment when needed, nursing assessments, performing vitals, blood draws and coordination of care.

Starting pay for an LPN is $27.55/hr. and an RN is $31.93/hr; We offer a $2.00/hour differential for shifts worked on Saturdays and Sundays and between the hours of 11 pm to 5 am.
