Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Seattle, WA seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift at our residential facility. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated medical care, ensuring therapeutic environments and high-quality nursing services for all patients.

The role requires an active WA RN license, BLS certification, and strong communication with patients, families, and staff. On-site work with regular weekend rotation is included.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in state position is held (Required)
• Basic Life Support certification (Required)
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing (Required)
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations (Required)
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide full nursing services, assessment, care planning, treatment administration, and evaluation per patient plan.
• Perform initial intake assessments, discharge education, and reconcile orders.
• Administer medications and manage IV lines, tubes, and enteral feeding per policies.
• Document care in the electronic medical record and coordinate with the inter-disciplinary team.
• Mentor and train new nursing staff; respond to emergencies until EMS arrival.
