Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a Registered Nurse – Mental Health in Dumfries, Virginia. You will provide direct patient care, telephonic communication, and support for behavioral health patients. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in clinical nursing experience involving high levels of direct interaction with patients.
• Worked in Behavioral Health settings with patients for anxiety, depression, bi-polar diagnosis.

Registered Nurse – Mental Health

Location: Dumfries, Virginia

Responsibilities:

• Assist with triaging, providing direct patient care, and assisting in clinic procedures.
• Provide telephonic communication between healthcare providers and patients.
• Screen and administer immunizations.

Requirements:

• Registered Nursing degree and current license (VA license or a Compact license); BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical nursing experience involving high levels of direct interaction with patients, preferably in a military primary care setting.
• Prior RESPECT‑Mil or care facilitation work experience preferred, not required.
• Advice nursing, nurse educator and/or telephonic experience preferred.
• Worked in Behavioral Health settings with patients for anxiety, depression, bi‑polar diagnosis.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient environment (Clinic hours M-F 7AM–8PM and Saturdays 7AM–2PM).
• 40 hours weekly Monday–Friday; anticipated schedule: 8:00am–16:30.
