Job summary

Piedmont Macon Medical is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle. The role requires adherence to organizational policies and continuous professional growth, with responsibilities including maintaining standards of practice and coordinating care among staff.

The successful candidate will be licensed as an RN in Georgia, hold current BCLS certification, and may have advanced specialty certification as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• New Graduates eligible for PRN positions.

Work Experience

• Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
