Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, applying nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The nurse will operate within organizational policies and continually demonstrate professional growth and accountability.

The staff nurse will maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care across the unit.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Georgia RN license (Georgia State Licensure) or equivalent multistate license.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to patients across the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities with assigned staff to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing Required
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Work Experience

• No experience required New Graduates of a nursing program eligible Required
• Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
