Job summary

Piedmont Newton Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the lifecycle using established nursing processes. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while adhering to the organization’s policies and standards.

The role requires GA RN licensure, BCLS certification, and a patient-centered approach. New graduates are welcome, with hospital experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Covington, GA.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

• Current GA RN licensure.

• Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
