Job summary

Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC is interviewing for an RN Medsurg Float Pool position. Under general supervision, you will deliver direct patient care, collaborate with the health care team, and coordinate treatment plans.

You will assess needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate patient progress, providing compassionate, evidence-based nursing. The role requires a current RN license, BLS, and at least two years of acute care Med/Surg experience.

Qualifications

• RN must hold an active nursing license and BLS certification.
• Degrees: ADN, BSN, or MSN in nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care Med/Surg experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with patient, family and care team to coordinate treatment plans.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and outcomes.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Position Summary: Under general supervision the RN staff nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. In collaboration with the patient, the patient’s family and other members of the health care team, the clinical RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates treatment plans.
