Vantage Health Partners in New Braunfels, TX seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical (MedSurg) to join the hospital-based clinical team. This full-time, on-site role offers care to adult patients with acute medical and surgical conditions, with an option to work in San Marcos, TX.

The role emphasizes high-quality patient-centered care, teamwork with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and comprehensive documentation in the EHR.

Formación

• Active Texas or Compact RN license.
• BSN preferred; ADN accepted.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Proficiency in patient assessment and clinical decision-making.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
• Preferred: MEDSURG-BC certification.
• Preferred: Telemetry experience.
• Preferred: Experience in care coordination and patient education.

Responsabilidades

Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical (MedSurg) to join our hospital-based clinical team. This full-time, on-site position is based in New Braunfels, TX, with the option to work in San Marcos, TX. This role offers mid-senior level RNs the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a professional and collaborative environment.

As an RN on the Medical-Surgical unit, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult patients with a wide range of acute medical and surgical conditions. You will work closely with physicians, interdisciplinary care teams, and support staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient outcomes while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Compensation ranges from $30 to $46 per hour, depending on experience, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for qualified candidates.
