Job summary

TriStar Health seeks an RN MedSurg to provide compassionate, evidence-based care on a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for diverse adult populations, coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective treatment.

You will administer medications, monitor complex conditions, and educate patients and families. You will also mentor peers and participate in quality improvement and professional development

Qualifications

• RN license required with current state licensure.
• Experience on a medical-surgical unit preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for adult MS patients.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications per protocol.
• Monitor complex conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families; mentor peers and contribute to shared governance.
