Ochsner Health in Louisiana is seeking an RN leader to provide patient care using the nursing process within the Nurse Practice Act and related standards. You will delegate, direct, and support licensed and ancillary staff while ensuring quality patient outcomes and culturally sensitive care.

Responsibilities include assessment, education, team coordination, and adherence to regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes clinical leadership and accountability within a dynamic care team.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Certification in a clinical specialty area is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assess learning needs and provide appropriate education to patients and families.
• Delegate and manage nursing team resources within the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data to evaluate and promote improvements in patient outcomes.
