Job summary

Southern Health Partners (SHP) seeks a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to oversee healthcare services at the Sauk County Law Enforcement Center in Wisconsin. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with guiding a dedicated healthcare team in a correctional setting.

This full-time position features a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with on-call responsibilities and potential for sign-on and retention bonuses.

Qualifications

Must hold valid RN license and current state licensure.
Experience leading nursing teams in clinical settings.
Ability to coordinate staffing and maintain records.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily healthcare operations at the facility.
Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff.
Coordinate staffing and workflows.
Ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
Support medication administration and patient assessments.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on patient care needs.
Communicate with healthcare leadership and correctional staff as needed.
Support a safe, organized healthcare environment.
Respond to on-call needs when required.
Practice per licensure requirements and SHP policies.
