Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) at the Sauk County Law Enforcement Center in Wisconsin. The role leads daily healthcare operations on a consistent weekday schedule, with on-call responsibilities and a sign-on/retention bonus.

You will oversee clinical care, provide guidance to the nursing staff, coordinate staffing and workflow, ensure policy compliance, and uphold documentation standards in a structured correctional environment.

Formación

• Active RN leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Ability to coordinate staffing and daily workflow to support facility needs.

• Oversee daily healthcare operations and support the delivery of quality patient care.
