HCA HealthONE Rose is seeking a Registered Nurse (Med-Surgical) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital setting. You will collaborate with care teams and management to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes and patient experience across shifts.

The role emphasizes assessing patient status, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families about treatment plans and follow-up steps; Colorado RN licensure and ADN required, 6–12 months acute

Competenze

• BLS certification required.
• RN licensure in Colorado or multi-state.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• RN experience 6–12 months in acute med/surg preferred; other RN experience considered if 6+ months.

Mansioni

• Assess the patient's condition at admission and each shift; promptly report changes in status.
• Perform procedures and monitor care; document care in the medical record; administer meds and monitor responses.
• Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, plans, meds, side effects, and follow-up; translate medical terms as needed.
