Oneida Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for day shift on the Medical Surgical Unit. This role coordinates patient care, performs nursing duties requiring specialized judgment, and supervises LPNs and support staff.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate of Nursing is required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• License: New York RN is required.
• Certifications: BLS preferred.
• Experience: Nursing experience of 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient needs and deliver care.
• Supervise LPNs and other nursing staff.
• Keep neat records and prepare timely reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment per standards.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.
