Baptist Health's Downtown campus in Jacksonville seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate patient-centered care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

You will collaborate with physicians, allied staff and families, educate patients about disease processes and treatment plans, and serve as an advocate. The role includes coordinating care and supervising support personnel in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical setting.

Competenze

• ASN required
• BSN preferred
• Current, active Florida RN license
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Mansioni

• Provide safe, compassionate patient-centered care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with physicians, ancillary services and other healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and treatment plans; advocate for patients.
