Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking an experienced RN for the Medical Oncology Unit. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week with day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., including rotating weekends and holidays.

The position offers competitive hourly pay based on expertise and years of experience. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing, with at least one year of inpatient RN experience.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; if Associate is highest, must obtain Bachelor's within five years.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification; Chemo/Biotherapy Certification within 1 year of hire.

• Provides professional nursing care according to the Illinois Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Employs critical thinking, assesses condition, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.
• Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
• Duties may vary by unit or shift.

Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will need

• Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing
• Required Education, Skills and/or Experience: Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
• Required License and/or Certification: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross Chemo or Biotherapy Certified within 1 year of hire date
