Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Georgia is seeking an RN Staff Nurse to provide holistic, patient-centered care across the lifecycle. You will apply nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborating with team members in a state-of-the-art facility.

Current Georgia RN licensure is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred and entry-level/new graduates are eligible. Hospital experience is preferred, and PRN shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• New Graduates eligible.
• 1 year hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Maintain standards of practice and accountability.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.

The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients. The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
