Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1+ year in acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, evaluating physical, psychological and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Document patient information and outcomes in the medical record.
• Evaluate care plans for effectiveness and ensure infection control compliance.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
