Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians, delivering complex nursing care, monitoring patient outcomes, and ensuring daily operations meet care standards. Requires BSN or ADN and Illinois RN licensure with BLS.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN required.
• Current RN license in Illinois or temporary permit.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians to assess and plan patient care.
• Provide complex nursing care and delegate tasks per unit competencies.
• Monitor quality of care and patient satisfaction.

• Oversee daily operations of the Patient Care Center.
