Job summary

Baystate Health, home to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA, seeks inpatient Registered Nurses to join our Medical-Surgical units. You will provide comprehensive care with strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills for a diverse patient population. This role supports growth in a Magnet Hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification required (American Heart Association).
• Experience: minimum 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Education: Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active Massachusetts RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient medical-surgical nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, with strong prioritization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and document appropriately.
