Job summary

University Hospitals Parma 3 Medical seeks an RN to join a Med Surg and Tele Observation unit. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process, and collaborate with the care team to achieve safe outcomes.

Requirements include Ohio RN license (or compact), BLS, and ability to manage a fast-paced unit with 1:4-6 patient ratios. A sign-on bonus of up to $4000 is offered.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio (or multi-state) upon hire.
• ADN or higher; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Implements the nursing process delivering relationship-based care.
• Performs safe care with effective collaboration to optimize outcomes.
• Supports professional practice and leadership on the unit.
• Performs other duties per department policies.
