Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California is seeking an experienced Staff Registered Nurse to provide patient care across units, manage pain, invasive lines and drains, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and core values.

The RN will work within a collaborative team to support the continuum of care and safety for patients, families, and staff in a high-volume, trauma-centered facility.

Qualifications

• One year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility required.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care and collaborate on care plans across units.
• Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains as part of the continuum of care.
• Adhere to regulatory, professional and hospital policies and model core values.
