Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is hiring a Med Surg RN for Rust Medical Center in New Mexico. The part-time, 0.60 FTE position shifts are 12-hour nights, offering an opportunity to contribute to a compassionate team and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree: Degree from accredited academic nursing program preferred.
• Registered Nurse-NM License.
• State NM or Compact State Nursing License; BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Safely and independently administer prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions based on assessment and plan of care.
• Organize and prioritize time based on patient condition and workload; identify changes and act accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses; ensure access to medical records at bedside; patient-first approach.

Responsibilities:

Presbyterian is seeking a Med Surg RN. The Registered Nurse safely and independently administers prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions based on assessment and plan of care. Appropriately organizes and prioritizes time based on patient condition and expected workload. Identifies changes in patients' status and acts accordingly. Come and join our RN team.

Our unit features private rooms each with standard lift equipment and bedside computers that allow physicians and nurses instant access to medical records at bedside.
