Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the lifecycle, employing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. You will operate within organizational policies and be accountable for maintaining standards of practice.

Responsibilities include coordinating care for all assigned staff to ensure quality outcomes. Eligible for new graduates; hospital experience preferred depending on unit and need.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; RN licensure in Georgia required.
• BLS Certification required.
• New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care from birth through the lifecycle using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care within organizational policies.
• Maintain standards of practice and accountability while delivering quality care.
