Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, following the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. You will work within organizational policies and coordinate care with assigned staff to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure in Georgia, Basic Life Support, and may require advanced certification in the specialty where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• No experience required; New graduates of a nursing program eligible.
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions preferred.

He/she functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
