Job summary

The Piedmont Augusta Hospital staff nurse position provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.

You will work within organizational policies, coordinate care with assigned staff, and demonstrate professional growth and accountability while delivering high-quality nursing care across units as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Required).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates eligible.
• Hospital nursing experience preferred.
• 1 year hospital experience for PRN positions preferred.
• RN licensure in Georgia (Georgia State Licensure or NLC/eNCL).
• BCLS certification required.
• Advanced specialty certifications may be required depending on unit.
