Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following: ADN, Nursing Diploma, or BSN.
• Must hold and maintain a Missouri RN license or compact licensure per state regulations.
• Previous hospital experience is preferred and may be required depending on the unit.
• Required BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments and Mercy Service Standards.
