Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate the nursing care for assigned patients, provide direct patient care, and educate patients and families to support transitions of care. The RN will practice within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Current RN license in the applicable state is required with certification in Basic Life Support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or Mayo Clinic RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; able to work in a team and participate in committees or projects.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends and on-call.
