Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an RN and able to practice in Georgia or via compact.
• Evidence-based nursing and patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and collaboration within interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting diversity and cultural needs.
• Collaborate with care teams and families to guide care planning.
• Support governance and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
