Health Care Administrators Association in the United States seeks a registered nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness among team members.

Shifts available 7a–7p or 7p–7a with weekend rotations; roles may be full-time or part-time, with sign-on bonuses, education assistance, shift differentials, and weekend pay options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the practicing state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.
• Manage a diverse medical-surgical patient population with complex diagnoses, including infectious diseases, wounds, pneumonia, sepsis, COPD, diabetes, and post-surgical care.
• Assist with surgical interventions, diagnostics, outpatient infusions, chemo, and anti-coagulation therapies.
