to 7:30 p.m., providing direct patient care and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. The unit offers exposure to a diverse patient population with opportunities for professional growth in a mission-driven hospital known for quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of your practice and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Take primary responsibility for coordinating patient care as delivered by the care team under supervision, ensuring safety and patient-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient flow and care quality across shifts.
