Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking an experienced RN to join the Medical Surgical - Ortho team. The unit treats orthopedic patients and overflow from general surgery and medical patients on a busy, fast-paced floor.

This nationally recognized team has Advanced Certification for Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement and leads in quality measures. The Work: Full Time - Night Shift (3, 12 hour shifts weekly).

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required for RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process.
• Performs patient care delegating tasks and supervising staff.
• Coordinates the plan of care for a group of patients with the health care team.
• Demonstrates proficiency and adheres to policies and procedures.
