Job summary

SolutionHealth's 3 West is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive medical/surgical and oncology nursing care for adolescent and adult patients in a 22-bed unit. You will support vascular, gynecologic, urologic procedures and chemotherapy administration, with a focus on quality and compassionate care.

Expect competency-based orientation and ongoing education. The role is full-time, nights, with every other weekend, offering benefits and career growth within a Magnet-designated system.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN).
• Registered Nurse, licensed in NH.
• Within 30 days: Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Within 90 days: Intravenous Therapy; Pre- and post-operative management of the surgical patient; Central Line Management.
• Within 180 days: General oncology patient care; Palliative care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement priority-based nursing care and set patient-centered goals.
• Integrate best practices and evidence into patient care.
• Engage patients and families in the care delivery process.
• Function competently within the scope of practice.
• Communicate effectively with the team to meet patient needs.
