Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida or eNLC
• BSN degree or current BSN student
• CPR/BLS certification maintained
• PALS certification within 2 years is preferred
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (Cerner preferred)

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and document patient care using the nursing process
• Perform admissions, history, assessments and discharge planning
• Attend daily care planning rounds with a multidisciplinary team
• Administer medications per six rights and physician orders
• Educate patients and families on care plans and safety practices
