Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in line with policies and nursing standards.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for adverse effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Develops and evaluates care plans with the healthcare team.
