Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent work experience
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic response; document care in the medical record.
• Provide timely, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications and follow-up measures, ensuring understanding.
