Mountain View Hospital in Payson, UT is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med Surg Nights to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with physicians and care teams to ensure outstanding patient experiences and positive clinical outcomes. You will assess patients at admission and during shifts, document care, administer meds, respond to requests, and educate patients and families.
Requires RN license, ADN, and 1+ year RN experience; ACLS/BLS and crisis intervention timeframes

You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization\'s vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
