Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital in Warsaw, IN seeks a Nurse (RN) Manager for the Medical/Surgical unit. This full-time leadership role oversees daily nursing operations, drives quality improvement, and ensures regulatory compliance to achieve excellent patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Ideal candidate has ADN with Indiana RN licensure, BSN preferred, 2–4 years in leadership and nursing experience, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• ADN required with active RN license in Indiana.
• BSN or higher preferred.
• 2–4 years in a related field.
• 2–4 years of leadership/management experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates nursing care delivery.
